Piga Psychiatry & Wellness, PLLC currently accepts the following insurance plans:

Cost of Services

Your out-of-pocket costs will depend on your specific insurance plan and may include your deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing responsibilities. Coverage and benefits vary by plan and may change over time. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify your mental health benefits and estimate your financial responsibility before your appointment.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If your insurance plan is not listed above, I am not currently in network with your plan. If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance carrier and is not guaranteed. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits before scheduling.

As a courtesy, I will verify your insurance eligibility and benefits before your first appointment. However, insurance coverage and benefits are determined by your insurance carrier and are not guaranteed. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and any prior authorization requirements.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

60–90 minutes | $250

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discussion of your concerns, review of your medical and psychiatric history, and development of an individualized treatment plan.

Follow-up appointments after your initial psychiatric evaluation:

• 30 minutes: $150

• 45 minutes: $200

• 60 minutes: $250

The length of each follow-up appointment is determined based on your individual clinical needs and treatment plan.

Please note: These rates apply to self-pay patients only. If I am in network with your insurance plan, I am contractually required to bill your insurance for covered services and cannot accept self-pay in place of insurance.

Payment Methods

Piga Psychiatry & Wellness, PLLC accepts the following forms of payment:

• Major credit and debit cards

• Health Savings Account (HSA) cards

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

• Bank transfer (ACH)

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise required by your insurance plan.

If you're experiencing financial hardship, please contact me. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available.

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged $20-100 fee. I understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly and will always take those circumstances into consideration.
